What is SquadGurus?

SquadGurus is a global IT services marketplace connecting clients with IT service providers. We’re not a directory – we actively clients and provider, help you transact, and provide ongoing support and guidance to feed your success. 

What types of services is SquadGurus looking for?

Eventually, any IT service would be on our platform. However, we are launching with a focus on engineering-related services (software development/engineering, DevOps, etc.). If you need or provide these types of services, then we absolutely want to have you on our platform ASAP? If you need or provide other types of services, we would love to have you join and we will look for opportunities to bring you to our providers or clients.

Why should I join SquadGurus as a client? 

Speed, scale and quality. SquadGurus helps you quickly find great, pre-vetted service providers to handle your IT services needs. Our provider network has many firms globally ranging from dozens of resources to over 10 thousand engineers. Of course, because we have vetted these firms in advance, you can move forward with confidence. And our customer success team will add extra value to ensure you get the outcomes you are looking for!

Do you already have a network of service providers we can work with?

Yes – we have many providers in every region including: North America, Central & South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and more. We have been working with multiple clients this year and have active engagements with multiple service providers. 

What does it cost to join SquadGurus?

Nothing! It’s free to join SquadGurus and we don’t charge for listing your projects and staffing opportunities. If you need our help to create project briefs or run an RFI or RFP process, additional fees may apply. 

Does SquadGurus “white label” provider services or do you know which firm is providing the services?

We never white label services from other providers – this is a transparent marketplace. You will engage with the service provider through the network and you will both know each other. That said, if you are also a service provider, you can certainly work with providers who will let you white label them to your customers/clients. 

Do service providers get to know who we are (as clients)?

Yes, but not until you have “accepted” or admitted them into an opportunity (which happens quickly). However, once that happens they will know who you are and things can move forward. By keeping your identity hidden until you have agreed to hear from a provider, we avoid the chance that you may get solicited off the platform from providers you don’t select. 

Who negotiates the rates, statement of work, deliverables, etc.? 

You do, though our customer success team will be involved to make sure that both you and providers get the right result. In fact, the work is performed under a statement of work that creates a contract between you and the provider. SquadGurus helps you get there, but we leave the details to you and the client lets you create a relationship in a way that works for both of you.

Why should I join SquadGurus as a service provider? 

Revenue, growth, new clients, better clients, etc. We bring the clients to you, you deliver, everybody wins!

Do you already have clients?

Yes – we have been working with clients this year and have active engagements with multiple clients from the U.S. and Europe. Now that we have our platform coming shortly, we will be adding a lot more clients. 

What does it cost to join SquadGurus?

Nothing! It’s free to join SquadGurus and we don’t charge for ads or promoted search results. 

Does SquadGurus “white label” our services or do clients know we are providing the services?

They know you, they work with you, your brand is fully visible! We never white label services from other providers – this is a fairly transparent marketplace. However, if the client of ours is a service provider, they may want to white label you to their customers/clients. That’s between you and the client but they will know who you are. 

Do we get to know who the client is?

How does SquadGurus make money?

We charge our service provider partners based on a percentage (%) of the services value sold through our platform. That’s our “take” (e.g. fee) for the marketplace. You can think of it as a commission. Providers only pay for the business we bring them that they actually win. No leads fees, etc. They get paid, we get paid. 

Who pays the SquadGurus fee? 

We have two models depending on a client’s needs. Ultimately, the structure is that the fee comes from the service provider. 

  • In the SquadGurus Prime model, payments are processed through SquadGurus (clients pay us, we pay the provider).
  • In the SquadGurus Manage model, clients pay our providers directly and then the providers pay our fee after they have received payment from the client.
