SquadGurus Updates as June 6, 2022

Here are the consolidated release notes for SquadGurus – emphasis on key features and usage changes. 

Key Feature Updates

June 6

  • New proposal status indicators and notifications
  • Ability for SquadGurus customer success manages to add evaluations to candidates to help client understand any decisions we’ve made

May 23

  • Display reject reasons and related notes on rejected candidates and proposals
  • Reject proposals & candidates when opportunities are canceled or filled
  • New opportunity statuses – clarity and aligned
  • New opportunity tabs for clients, SquadGurus and Service Providers – removed overlapping and unclear tabs. New tabs are: Proposals, Candidates, and Opportunities – all table-based.

May 12

  • Action buttons on candidate pages
  • Ability to edit user email addresses (for CSM users)
  • Default sorting for Candidates page
  • Preview button so Service Provider can view their profile the same way a client would see it
  • Other changes mostly for SquadGurus users

May 3

  • Service Provider profile page – so clients can see how awesome our providers are
  • Updated candidate page layout – easier to read CV, action buttons, etc.
  • Evaluations – clients can now evaluate candidates right in the platform

April 18

  • Opportunities are now created in a workflow – easier for clients
  • New required role fields for interviewing candidates
  • Search on Candidates pages
  • Select Opportunity Type – Staffing, Teams or Projects – at begining of opportunity creation process (preparing for new opportunities to be added)

April 5

  • New Candidates page to see all candidates in one table (vs. going in and out of opportunities/proposals)
  • Sending CVs via email after screened by SquadGurus
  • New status settings for candidates based on stage (through end of assignment)

March 1 & March 15

  • New notification emails
  • Special characters in opportunity and role titles (e.g. C#, .NET etc.)
  • New user authentication – allow users to change email addresses etc.
  • Status sorting

SquadGurus Release 0.2 MVP Beta 1

Here are the release notes for 0.1.2 MVP Beta 1. 

Implemented Features

  • New candidate library for Service Providers to view, delete, and restore their candidates
  • Ability for Service Providers to submit candidates from their candidate library directly to proposals
  • Ability for Service Providers to withdraw candidates from a proposal
  • Ability to view candidate status across all roles they have been proposed for

  • When user enter data in the field and delete some data in the field then the page becomes unresponsive. (Functions working fine)
  • Email field validation issue at login
  • URL validation issue for sign up
